With more than 20 years of experience in the pageant industry, our multi award-winning Executive Director, Pat Miller, has worked continually with other pageant systems and directors from around the world as a mentor and trainer on every aspect of the pageant industry. Her passion to empower women is brought to life in this international program. 

Pat's mission for Empowering Miss International has three simple goals. 1. To provide young girls and women of all ages a safe, professional place to practice their pageant skills while bringing pageants from around the world together in one place and allow them to network with directors to find the pageant that's the right fit for them. 2.  To give pageant directors and pageant professionals a place to network together to grow their businesses and provide them with a group of people who are searching for a pageant to not only compete, but allows them to grow, learn, and make a difference in their community.  And 3. To offer a fair and honest pageantry awards program with 100% transparency to pageant fans around the world.
